Character License

On purchase you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to create and publish content using the character, within the scope of your tier.

Personal and non-monetised projects. Publishing on your own accounts is permitted; paid advertising and client work are not.

Full commercial use for your own creator business: social media, monetised platforms, digital products and brand collaborations for accounts you control.

Everything in Creator, extended to agency and client work, paid advertising campaigns and use on behalf of third parties.

The character concept, name, identity documents and underlying intellectual property remain the property of teensolo. Content you generate with the character is yours, subject to these terms.

No reselling, redistributing, sublicensing or repackaging of the kit or its documents.

No trademark registration of the character name or identity.

No sexually explicit content involving apparent minors, no depiction of real people, and no illegal content of any kind.

Characters must always be presented as fictional adults, 18+.

Breaching these restrictions terminates your license. Content published in breach must be removed on request.
