Character kits are instantly delivered digital products, which shapes how refunds work.

General rule
Because kits are delivered immediately and consist of documents that can be copied, purchases are generally final once the workspace has been opened.
When we do refund
Duplicate purchases of the same character and tier.
Technical faults that prevent access to your kit and cannot be resolved.
Materially incomplete kits — a missing kit component.
How to request
Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your account email and the character name. We respond within a few business days.
Tier upgrades
Upgrading from a lower to a higher tier is charged as the price difference rather than a refund and repurchase.
